One of the most significant AI initiatives at Sibasi Ltd is the implementation of Sibasi-Copilot. Leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, the assistant significantly enhances our data retrieval and knowledge management capabilities improving our workflow. It is so efficient that I personally consider it more of a work colleague than just a simple chatbot. Here is our it elevates the Sibasi experience:

Seamless Knowledge Sharing - The copilot crawls data from our public website and internal SharePoint, becoming a repository of Sibasi knowledge. Need a quick answer about anything Sibasi related? Sibasi-Copilot has got you covered. The copilot can respond to any question concerning any file or text on SharePoint and the company website respectively. This raises some security concerns since you don’t want outsiders or employees with limited access, gaining information about certain protected resources, hence the copilot uses delegated permissions meaning it can only read what you already have access to. As a new member of Sibasi, this would have been invaluable during the integration process into the company as the copilot would have been my guide assisting me to catch up on the company’s ongoing projects and activities.

Copilot is all about internal company use but what about our partners…our customers and product users. At Sibasi we are all innovators at heart, always looking for new ways to improve and exceed expectations. We have several inhouse developed products; EBM Suite, Eboard and Monival; best of the best but how can we make them even better?
- AI-powered file summarization – Depending on the user, these products can have a variety of files for the user to consume, some short some lengthy. Gemini is being integrated into the different products to ensure you do not have to read those files yourself but just take in a simplified summarized version. Optical character recognition is also a part of this feature to ensure even embedded images can be read as the file is being summarized.

Intuitive user guidance – We all come from different backgrounds and how you understand something is not how I will understand it. Sibasi has amazing developers but the products they have developed may not be straightforward to all users. Documentation can also be lengthy and overly complex hence Gemini has been used to help any new user to understand the product, its features and how they work. No need to call customer support, let Gemini help you in your specific challenges while using our products.
