This month, Sibasi turns eight. In the fast-moving world of technology, eight years is not just a number it’s proof of resilience, relevance, and the ability to grow alongside the communities we serve.
I joined Sibasi three months ago, and walking into an organization with nearly a decade of history is both inspiring and humbling. From my first days, I could feel that Sibasi isn’t just a tech company it’s a partner to nonprofits, Educational Institutions and businesses across Africa.
What stood out to me quickly is that Sibasi has always been about more than software or systems. The focus is on helping organizations unlock technology so they can achieve their missions more effectively. Whether that’s enabling a nonprofit to access Microsoft grants, guiding schools through digital transformation, or supporting enterprises with secure, scalable solutions, the impact runs deep.
Coming from a place where systems were already running to a place where you have to build from the ground up has shown me how much thought, time, dedication, leadership, and teamwork it takes to keep moving forward. In just three months, I’ve seen how much effort goes into shaping solutions that truly serve clients and how important it is to keep innovating while staying grounded in impact.
